Though it’s our sincerest wishes that all purchases make you feel as glamorous as you are. We understand that sometimes things happen. We want to give you the opportunity to get the merchandise that makes you happy.
First Things First
All returns are for store credit only. We cannot offer exchanges as we don’t know that the exact item you are exchanging for will be in stock.
All returns must be made within 15 days of you receiving your item.
There are a few important details to know about returns:
Some things we just can’t take back, we hope you understand. These things include:
- Sale Items
- Gift Items
- Bralettes
- Jewelry
- Eyeware
- Items purchased using a discount or coupon code
Items Returned must be in original condition
Items must have all tags etc. still in place. Please don’t try to return items you have used. Shoes returned must be in their original box–and please box the shoebox in another box when shipping to avoid damage. All items will be looked over for wear.
You are responsible for the return shipping on any item being returned (damaged goods are the exception) and shipping fees are not included in store credits issued for returns. We also recommend that you track your return order–this way if it’s lost in shipping–you have recourse with the carrier.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We do our best to make sure that when you receive your product it is in the best shape and ready to provide you the bling you deserve. We do realize that at times, you may receive something that is damaged in shipping or is defective. We ask that you make us aware of these circumstances as soon as possible and require notification within 3 days.
